Membership Guidelines:
Applicants must agree with the goals and purpose of H.E.L.P.S. Applicants must
complete and sign a membership application and release of liability. Members
must be responsible for the safety and behavior of their own children at all
times. Members and their children are expected to treat other members with
respect at all times. Members are expected to act in accordance with the rules
and regulations of the host facility at any H.E.L.P.S. gathering including but
not limited to regular meetings and field trips. |

Members may not make any public
representation of H.E.L.P.S. without prior approval from the Executive
Committee. |
|
|
|
Membership may be terminated by
the applicant, by the unanimous vote of the Executive Committee, or by a
majority vote of the Board of Directors at any time if requirements are not
met. |

|
Membership fees are
non-refundable |
|
|
|
